Frequently Asked Questions
LetsGO takes COVID precautions seriously.
We expect you will join us in this approach.
Nobody wants to get sick, or spread the virus.
In general, LetsGO encourages responsible personal practices including:
(1) Social Distancing of 6′ where possible
(2) Mask wearing where 6′ distancing is not possible
(3) Washing Hands
The State of Colorado, and each Colorado County and Colorado Municipality where we operate maintains their own unique standards and protocols. We have designed each event venue with COVID precautions in mind. Each county’s COVID status changes occasionally and that has implications for our events. Each County’s public health order and COVID status at the time of each event will be our ultimate guide. LetsGO will assist with awareness, event facilities and compliance with active public health orders. Links to local info pages are provided below.
In the event that a tournament is cancelled or limited in size due to a Public Health Order – affected registered teams will be offered the option of refunded Entry Fees and offered the option to apply fees towards a future LetsGO event within one calendar year. Credit Card processing fees and Volleyball Life fees are not refundable.
If you have any questions, or we can provide clarifications, please contact us or the respective health agencies below.

Formats vary by division, number of teams and event
We work hard to get you the most games possible!
OPEN doubles divisions are double elimination bracket format.
For grass divisions we use pool play in the mornings, and a playoff bracket in the afternoon with same day finish for most divisions. See Volleyball Life for your division details. A/BB/B grass divisions at the Aspen Motherlode Volleyball Classic may play their finals matches Monday(Labor Day) in the Center Court Village at Koch Lumber Park. CoED grass divisions and Triples will have same day finishes. DigPink Women’s Triples will have Finals at Koch Park on Saturday & Sunday
Tournament Director may change or modify the format for any reason including weather, safety, division size, moon pull, etc. at any time.
LetsGO tournaments will use the “AVP Rulebook 2020” as a general guide for both sand and grass competition play. Tournament Director may change, modify or waive rules for any reason.

LetsGO events are not associated the AVP.
LetsGO events are not sanctioned by the AVP.
We just like their rules.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
As with any outdoor event in Colorado, weather can occasionally effect competition. Our single determining factor is safety. We do play in rain. We do not play with lightening present. Fortunately mountain weather moves along quickly. In most cases play resumes as soon as safely possible. In the event of lightening, please do not seek shelter inside of a metal framed shade tent. Tournament Director will make any weather hold, suspension of play, or cancellation determinations and communicate with you promptly.
REFUNDS
Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the tournament start date with a written and approved request. No refunds are available within 30 days of a tournament. In the event that a Public Heath Order (COVID19, etc.) prevents or limits a tournament you will be offered the option of a refund or the option to apply a credit for Tournament Entry Fees to your next LetsGO Volleyball event registration within one calendar year. Credit Card Processing fees and Volleyball Life registration fees are not refundable.

WAIVER
Waivers must be electronically signed by each team member prior to the start of competition. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
If a team member has not signed the waiver, the team will forfeit games, matches and be removed from the tournament.
No refunds will be offered to teams who’s members have not signed waivers. If you require a paper waiver or special accommodation, please contact us a minimum of one week prior to the event.
CLEATS
We recognize that some players prefer footwear for competition. Cleats and spikes are prohibited at all times – both plastic and metal.
Turf shoes may be worn as long as they do not have sharp surfaces and tread depth does not exceed 1/4 inch.
CoED
We offer multiple opportunities for CoED competition at all levels.
Single gender divisions may not contain a team member of the opposite sex. In special cases this requirement may be waived with advance approval.
PLAYER PARTIES
LetsGO does not sanction, endorse or offer player parties.
Restaurants and sponsors may extend special offers to players visiting their establishments. Please enjoy these sponsor provided opportunities, and be sure to abide by all COVID public health order requirements and any local ordinances that apply.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS/e-cigarettes/Vapes, Etc.
Alcohol, drugs, etc. are not permitted at LetsGO events.
Please do not bring these items, especially glass bottles.
This policy is strictly enforced.
DOGS
We love dogs.
Service animals are welcome consistent with local ordinances and venue policies. Where dogs are prohibited by local ordinances, please abide by each venue’s policies.
Please pick up after pets where they are permitted. Do not leave a pet in your car. Cars heat up quickly in Colorado’s strong sunshine; even with the windows cracked. A friendly kennel stay, or dog walking service is always a good option.
DOGECOIN
Can I pay for my registration using Dogecoin?
Answer: Not quite yet. We’re working on it!
SANDBAGGING
Sandbaggers will be sacked.
Sandbagging offenders will be unceremoniously re-assigned to appropriate divisions on a space-available basis, or removed from the tournament with no refund. Please select divisions at your appropriate ability level.
Playing with a learning youth player is not considered sandbagging.
If you have any questions, please contact us prior to registration.

From the beginning LetsGO determined we would support breast cancer support organizations in the communities where we hold events. You will see some pink nets mixed in at our events that draw awareness to this vital cause. A donation will be made to a support organization for each event. Please join us in adding your additional financial support as well. Together we can make a difference.
Since 2021 we have partnered with the Sideout Foundation – a leader in supporting research for metastatic cancer. In 2022 we are dedicating two Women’s Triples Divisions to DigPink and donating any proceeds from these divisions to the SideOut Foundation.
In Aspen we will donate to The Sideout Foundation and Dig Pink.
